No. All headline matching happens locally inside your browser. No headlines, URLs, or browsing history are ever sent to our servers. The only external requests are to the Kalshi API to fetch live market data — your data is never included.

The extension uses keyword overlap and bigram scoring to find the most relevant Kalshi markets per headline. It shows no pill rather than a false match — you'll only see odds when there's a genuinely relevant active market.
Will it slow down my browser?
No. Market data is cached locally for 5 minutes, and headline scanning is debounced so it doesn't fire on every scroll event. The performance impact is negligible on any modern device.
